This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Cosmerge ("the App", "we") handles information when you use it.
1. No account, no personal data collected by us
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information. Your game progress (best score, discovered planets) is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and supported by advertising. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process certain data from your device, including:
- Device identifiers (such as the IDFA advertising identifier, only with your consent)
- IP address and coarse location derived from it
- Device information (model, operating system, language)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) and diagnostics
On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework: you will be asked for permission before any tracking identifier is used. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

3. Your choices
- Tracking permission: you can change it anytime in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Personalized ads: you can limit ad personalization in your Google settings and in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
- Local data: deleting the App removes all locally stored game data.
4. Children's privacy
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store. It does not require an account, does not knowingly collect personal information from any user regardless of age, and does not contain chat, user-generated content, or other social features. Advertising is served through Google AdMob in accordance with applicable child-privacy laws (such as COPPA), including serving non-personalized ads where required.
5. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new "Effective date".
